Terms of Service
These terms govern use of kirix.sa and Kirix guest-facing digital experiences. A signed proposal, order, or event agreement may include additional terms for a commissioned service.
Last updated: 16 July 2026
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or a Kirix event gallery, you agree to these terms. If you use a service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.
If you do not agree, do not use the relevant service. Event-specific notices and an organiser’s venue rules may also apply.
2. Services and bookings
Kirix provides photography, videography, aerial coverage, digital photobooth, and event photo-sharing services. Website descriptions are general and do not guarantee availability for a date, venue, or configuration.
A booking becomes binding only as stated in the accepted proposal, order confirmation, or separate agreement. Scope, timing, fees, cancellations, approvals, and deliverables are governed by that document where it differs from these website terms.
3. Using QR galleries
Event galleries are provided for the intended guests and purpose of the relevant activation. Access may be changed, restricted, or removed after the event or at the organiser’s request.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe the service, scrape galleries, introduce harmful code, or interfere with other users.
- Do not use a photograph to harass, mislead, impersonate, exploit, or infringe the privacy or rights of another person.
- Do not present the gallery, Kirix branding, or an event organiser’s branding as your own service.
4. Photographs and intellectual property
Kirix and its licensors retain rights in the website, platform, brand, interface, and underlying technology. Event image rights and permitted uses are determined by the applicable client agreement and any notice shown with the gallery.
A guest’s ability to view or download an image does not transfer ownership or grant unrestricted commercial use. Third-party names, logos, venues, performances, and artworks may carry separate rights.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for accurate event information, timely approvals, safe access for crews, and any permissions they are required to obtain for the venue, attendees, performers, drone operations, music, supplied assets, and public display of QR access.
Materials supplied to Kirix must not infringe another person’s rights. The client grants Kirix the limited permission needed to use supplied materials solely to perform the agreed service.
6. Third-party services and payments
The site may link to or rely on third-party services such as payment, hosting, maps, or social platforms. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services.
Kirix is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its reasonable control. Payment status remains subject to confirmation by the relevant provider and the applicable booking terms.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep digital services available and event workflows resilient, but connectivity, venue conditions, equipment, third-party systems, and other circumstances can affect performance. Temporary interruption does not by itself create a guarantee or service credit unless an applicable client agreement says otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, Kirix is not liable under these website terms for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes, law, and contact
We may update these terms when services or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their stated date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For questions, contact info@kirix.sa.
