Kirix Media is a Saudi media and event technology company. This policy applies when you browse our website, contact us, request services, submit an application, or use a Kirix event gallery.

An event organiser may set additional rules for a particular activation. Where the organiser controls how event information is used, its own privacy notice may also apply.

The information involved depends on how you interact with Kirix. We ask only for details reasonably needed to respond, deliver a service, operate an event experience, or meet legal obligations.

• Contact and project details you submit, such as your name, work email, telephone number, organisation, event brief, and messages.
• Recruitment information, such as your CV, portfolio links, role preferences, and application answers.
• Transaction and booking references. Payment details may be collected directly by the payment provider rather than Kirix.
• Technical records generated when you use the site or a gallery, such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, and basic service logs.
• Event photographs and related gallery information created as part of an organiser’s commissioned coverage.

We use information for the purpose for which it was provided and for closely related operational needs.

• Responding to enquiries, preparing proposals, and delivering contracted media or event technology services.
• Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving kirix.sa and Event Relay galleries.
• Reviewing recruitment applications and communicating with candidates.
• Processing transactions, keeping business records, preventing misuse, and complying with applicable law.
• Sending service-related messages and, where permitted, relevant business communications that you can opt out of.

Event photography can include identifiable people. Kirix handles this material according to the organiser’s brief, venue rules, and the agreed delivery setup. A QR code may provide access to a gallery intended for event guests, but the organiser determines how and where that code is shared.

Guests should avoid redistributing photographs in a way that infringes another person’s privacy, safety, or rights. If you have a concern about a photograph, contact us with enough detail to locate it and we will review the request with the relevant organiser.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with hosting, storage, communications, payment, and production providers that help us operate; with the commissioning organiser where needed to deliver an event; or with authorities when legally required.

Providers are given only the access needed for their role and are expected to protect the information they handle. Some providers may process information outside Saudi Arabia, subject to applicable transfer requirements.

We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described here, the relevant client agreement, dispute handling, or legal and accounting requirements. Retention periods can differ between enquiries, applications, transactions, and event galleries.

Kirix uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Subject to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable rules, you may have rights to ask about, access, correct, obtain, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
